Do I need to make an appointment?
While appointments are preferred and highly recommended, they are not mandatory. We welcome walk-in customers as well.
Do you provide quotes over the phone?
We are unable to provide quotes over the phone. To ensure accuracy, we require a physical examination of all jewelry items. We invite you to visit our store for an in-person assessment and quote.
What are the stores business hours?
Our store operates Tuesday through Friday from 10am to 5:30pm, and on Saturday from 10am to 4pm. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays.
